1General Terms

kui9 is an online gaming platform that provides various casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features and content of the kui9 platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. kui9's decision shall be considered final in any interpretation of the Terms. The platform reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using the kui9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. Any breach of these Terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create an account on the kui9 platform:

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited. If any information changes, the user must contact customer support immediately.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. kui9 is not responsible for any loss resulting from theft of account credentials.

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The kui9 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. The platform reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. One of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth registration certificate (for proof of age)
• Driving licence

Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at kui9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment method.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
• Once a deposit transaction is verified, it will be reflected in the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• kui9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal requests in the case of suspicious activity.
• Additional documents may be requested during the KYC process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the kui9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kui9 is not responsible for any loss related to currency conversion.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount and the associated deposit amount must be wagered together 25 times (25x) before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, the total wagering amount will be (৳1,000 + ৳1,500) × 25 = ৳62,500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may receive a bonus from each promotion only once.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated separately in each offer.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• kui9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The kui9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. Cashback amounts are calculated weekly and specific terms apply.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on the kui9 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• In the event of a network disconnection during a game, server-side data will be considered final.
• The amount of a bet is always limited to the current balance of the account.
• kui9 reserves the right to void related transactions in the event of irregular payouts caused by a technical error.
• The rules of each game are provided in detail within the game itself.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kui9 platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempt to hack the system.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times by abusing bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Automated betting using third-party software or bots.
• Illegal money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting a technical vulnerability in any game.
• Betting on behalf of a minor or operating an account for a minor.

8Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by kui9

kui9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If cooperation with the verification process is not provided.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact us through 24/7 live chat support for this. Any applicable withdrawal conditions must be met before closure.

9Responsible Gaming
